At Issey Cornwall, the complete satisfaction of our customers is our top priority - and that includes providing answers to all of your questions from the convenience of your own home. Some of our frequently asked questions are listed below, however please email or ring us if anything still seems a bit unclear or isn't covered...we’ll be happy to help you out.

We try to ensure that all details and descriptions are accurate ... and that the website is as up to date as possible.  However , as a small independent retailer, we hold fairly small quantities of stock and our stock is constantly changing, we  therefore ask for your patience and understanding.

CHRISTMAS AND BUSY PERIODS

We will despatch your order as quickly as we can after receipt.  Wherever possible we use 1st Class Royal Mail or for bigger items Parcel Force, Hermes or DPD.  At busy times, despite our best efforts some delivery services do experience delays or disruption, whilst we apologise if this causes any inconvenience we regret that this is beyond our control.

CONSENT

Your use of this website and any disclosure of personal information via the website signifies your consent to us collecting and using the information you share to fulfil your order.  All our financial transactions are handled through 2 secure payment gateway service providers called PayPal and Stripe.  As a result we never see or store any personal financial information.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Secure online payment accepted via PayPal & Stripe.  Alternatively, please ring the shop on 01726 844905 for alternative methods of payment.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

Gift Cards can be purchased by ringing 01726 844905, these are only redeemable at our stores in Mevagissey.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If a product is faulty we will happily accept the return.  

Return of non-faulty Goods:  if you wish to cancel your order, then you may do so within 28 days of receipt of the goods, under the United Kingdom Distance Selling Regulations 2000.  We cannot, however, accept returns if; the product(s) have been worn; personalised or customised in anyway; original tags have been removed; the packaging has been unsealed or damaged; the product is perishable.  

Returns process:  Please do not send your products back to us without first contacting us to obtain a returns authorisation code on your order.  Please note we do advise that you obtain a certificate of posting as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in the post.  It is only when we receive the item(s) in its original state that we will refund the purchase price of the item (excluding postage charges).
